Job Description
Strategic Factory is a dynamic and fast-growing company with a cutting-edge Agency/Marketing Services Department that specializes in digital and multi-channel projects. We are seeking a creative and innovative Multimedia Designer to contribute to both internal (non-client-facing) and external (client-facing) projects.
In this role, you will utilize your design expertise to produce artwork across a variety of platforms. Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, print and mail campaigns, digital advertisements, website design, brand design, motion graphics, video editing and multimedia collateral. You will play a pivotal role in creating marketing materials that educate, engage, and captivate audiences while promoting client products and services to their end-users.
Requirements:Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing and engaging multimedia content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media channels, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and interactive presentations.
- Develop captivating graphic assets such as logos, icons, infographics, and illustrations that align with client branding guidelines and project requirements.
- Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce videos, animations, and motion graphics to effectively communicate key messages and enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team, copywriters, and account managers to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines, ensuring that design solutions meet client expectations.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, understanding their needs, providing design expertise, and delivering creative solutions that align with their brand identity and marketing goals.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, ensuring deliverables are of the highest quality, and coordinating with team members to meet client deadlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and technologies, incorporating them into your work to provide innovative design solutions.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Interactive Design, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in graphic or multimedia design.
Computer Skills
- Strong proficiency in design software and tools, with a portfolio showcasing diverse and innovative design projects.
- Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Premiere/After Effects
- Web Development skills: HTML, CSS, PHP, WordPress
- Familiarity with project/task management software
Other Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams, accept constructive feedback, and propose effective solutions to design challenges
- Ability to write effective correspondence to customers and coworkers
- Vision abilities required by this job include being able to see clearly at 20 inches or less, distinguish colors, and adjust focus
- Mathematical abilities required by this job include reading a ruler, calculating simple costs, and other basic mathematical skills
