This role will digitally enable communications assets supporting a diverse workload, including digital graphics, print design, promotional items, website graphics, and more. You will employ invention, imagination, and originality to craft an array of media, ensuring a consistent and recognizable company message and brand.

Core Responsibilities:
Create and develop high-quality, creative graphics for print, web, emails and more that are visually appealing and on-brand.
Collaborate effectively with the media team on content and marketing direction.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 2 Years of graphic design experience (portfolio samples required).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Strong Creative Eye: Ability to inspire and attract a target audience with aesthetics and details.
Understanding of Marketing and Multimedia Design: Familiarity with corporate identity and advertisement principles.
Knowledge of Color Theory and Layout Principles.
Detail-Oriented: Sharp attention to detail in all aspects of design.
Ability to Translate Abstract Concepts into compelling visuals across various media.
UI/UX Web Design Knowledge: A plus.
Strong Prioritization Skills: Manage multiple projects and requests in a fast-paced environment.
Positive Attitude: Happy, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal abilities.
Pre-Employment Requirements: Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment:
Monday through Friday: Flexible 8-hour shift per day.
In Office: This position requires on-site work at our corporate office.
