About the role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced marketer and brand ambassador to help build our strong national brand. In this role you will report directly to the VP of Marketing, the Executive VP of National Sales, and will be a key player in the next phase of our growth, working on a wide variety of projects relating to key marketing initiatives across our entire portfolio of companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain company brand standards, assisting with logo requests and questions on brand guidelines (fonts, color codes, logo placement etc).
  • Manage external vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of promotional items /collateral for internal and external events, current employees, new hires, etc.
  • Own web content and SEO strategies across the portfolio including creation and maintenance of copy, photography, and video.
  • Coordinate submissions for key industry awards.
  • Effectively project manage internal and external events including companywide training, employee engagement events, recruitment events, tradeshows, conferences, sponsorships and speaking opportunities etc.
  • Assist with the creation and publication of internal and external communications content in adherence with the marketing and communications strategy as laid out by the VP of Marketing i.e. blog posts, newsletters, e-blasts, press releases, flyers, webinars, print brochures, PowerPoint presentations, Flip-Books, etc.
  • Assist with planning, creating, and publishing social media postings across multiple channels.
  • Take ownership of special projects related to key industry updates/ initiatives.
  • Work effectively with the sales group on lead harvesting and nurturing strategies.
  • Report on and analyze key marketing metrics to include lead generation, PPC, social media, and website data.

Marketing Qualifications:

  • BA in Marketing / Communications or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-5 years of Marketing experience
  • A comprehensive understanding of search engine optimization and website UI principles
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Expertise with Adobe Suite Products (InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator)
  • Background of effective management of key social media channels
  • Proficiency in Google AdWords and Google Analytics
  • Experience in effective use of email marketing software (Mail Chimp / Canva )
  • Excellent MS office suite capabilities (especially PPT)
  • Solid understanding of graphic design
  • Track record of successful new product / brand launches
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time across a portfolio of companies
  • Video editing skills a plus!
