Guigal, Champagne Bollinger, Roseblood d'Estoublon, William Fevre, Marques de Riscal, Domaine Chanson, Lucien Le Moine, Domaine des Baumard, Ornellaia, Masseto, Castelgiocondo, Le Macchiole, Tommasi, Sandrone, Masciarelli, Quinta do Noval, Finca Decero, and Dog Point Vineyard, among others.

As the VINTUS Marketing Intern, you will be an integral part of our small but mighty Marketing team. You will support our Vice President of Marketing and Director of Content with critical brand-building initiatives, content development, and product seeding. Your work will be crucial in shaping the perception of our brands through the eyes of both trade and consumer audiences. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

The Marketing Associate's priority activities include but are not limited to the following:

Be a key point of contact for premier tasting events across the country, managing multiple deadlines leading up to and through execution of the event
Develop and maintain supplier travel itineraries around the United States
Produce and update key marketing collateral with recent scores and accolades
Create and maintain website pages for regular updates of industry news, PR features and scores from trade publications
Assist the Vice President of Marketing with day-to-day media and influencer relations, brand activations and core programming
Assist with packaging and shipment of important samples and materials for events, press, sales managers and other key contacts
Create a social media posting schedule to leverage supplier travel in the market, release calendars, and upcoming announcements/news features

The ideal candidate will have:

A passion for problem-solving, exceptional organizational skills and a creative mindset
1+ years event planning and management experience
A solid pulse on social media & hospitality industry trends
The ability to work with speed and efficiency, without sacrificing quality
A knowledge and passion for fine wine
Excellent references
Located in the New York metropolitan area
Duration: 6 months with option to extend further

Technical Requirements:

A talent for writing clever and concise marketing copy
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive and other applications as needed
Ability to make compelling presentation decks using Google Slides and/or Microsoft Powerpoint
An understanding of how to utilize A.I. and automations to improve standard operating procedures
Comfortable with public speaking
Ability to lift 40 pounds
