As a Marketing Specialist, you'll execute on campaigns and marketing programs. Work with a smart, motivated team to deliver measurable results across a variety of programs.The ideal candidate will be an execution machine, team-oriented, an effective communicator, and appreciate a dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring flawless coordination and execution of campaigns and other marketing programs or initiatives. We're looking for someone with a demonstrated history of successful project ownership. And, if you have a love for technology, all the better.Responsibilities:Work closely with management on program/campaign development. Coordinate, set up, and manage the promotion of webinars.Build and maintain Marketing Campaign calendar.Coordinate with other internal functions at Perforce, such as sales and product marketing.Assist Marketing leader with campaign project management, execution, and reporting.Lead management, cleanup, and reporting.Assist Marketing leadership with initiatives and projects, as needed. Share ideas and success.Microsoft Office confidence, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, Project Management Tools is a plus.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field1-2 years of similar marketing experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organization and project management skills and ability to work to a timeline.Ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously and demonstrate a sense of urgency, when required.Exhibit creative problem-solving skills and ability to identify next steps, with meticulous attention to detail and deadlines.Must exhibit a curious, positive, team-oriented, enthusiastic approach.Proven capacity for exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.Ability to establish strong relationships with vendors and outside contractors.The desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.B2B Software or Technology industry experience preferred.$60,000 - $70,000 a yearAdditionally, this position is eligible for benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, life insurance, wellness programs, total time off, and other employee perks that may be offered by Perforce from time to time.
