Develop and execute a global marketing & sales strategy
to reinforce brand leadership and industry adoption. Lead and mentor the Marketing & Sales team , fostering a high-performance culture with structured methodologies. Expand our market presence , building partnerships with manufacturers, prescribers, and regulatory bodies. Drive innovation in digital marketing, data analytics & automation
to enhance outreach and commercial impact. Position Eurovent Certita Certification as the benchmark in HVAC&R certification , influencing key decision-makers worldwide. What You Bring 10+ years of experience in the HVAC&R industry
(mandatory). A proven track record in
Marketing, Sales, or Business Development Leadership . Strong
network within the HVAC&R sector
(manufacturers, prescribers, regulators). Expertise in
B2B marketing, brand strategy, and commercial growth . Knowledge of
digital marketing, automation, and data-driven decision-making . Fluent English (C2 level mandatory) ; proficiency in
German, Italian, Spanish, or French
is an advantage. Europe-based, with availability for travel (~once per month). Industry Leadership
– Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of HVAC&R certification. Strategic Influence
