Team 201 (Chicago-based marketing agency) The Role: We’re seeking a

strategic, hands-on Integrated Marketing Manager

to lead and execute

multi-channel campaigns

for B2B tech clients. The ideal candidate has

B2B tech and agency experience , strong

cross-functional collaboration skills , and a deep understanding of

digital marketing . As the

day-to-day project lead , you will oversee the planning and execution of

integrated marketing programs , ensuring alignment across owned, paid, and earned channels. You’ll work closely with

internal teams and client stakeholders

to drive execution, manage deadlines, and ensure high-quality deliverables. The role requires someone with t-shaped marketing knowledge and skills who can support the development and delivery of holistic digital and integrated marketing programs across assigned accounts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, paid media, social media, email, SEO, and web. Collaborate with strategic leads and client stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure seamless project delivery at top quality. Project & Stakeholder Management: Act as the senior project manager, ensuring projects move efficiently across agency teams. Own and drive internal and client-facing meetings, providing clear deliverables, timelines, and action items. Manage multiple projects simultaneously using Jira, Slack, and other PM tools. Oversee deadlines, budgets, and resource allocation, optimizing workflows for efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between agency teams and client stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution. Work closely with creative, content, and marketing operations teams to deliver high-impact campaigns. Ensure all teams are aligned on deadlines, dependencies, and contingencies. About You: 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in tech and agency environments. Proven ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and martech stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot). Experience working with web development teams and digital marketing functions (paid media, social, SEO, analytics). Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience presenting to C-suite executives. Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking skills. A proactive problem solver who can work independently while engaging leadership when needed.
