About the role: This Senior Global Marketing Manager will lead and execute portfolio marketing strategies and initiatives to grow the Boston Scientific Peripheral Drug-Eluting (DE) Therapies franchise and extend category leadership. This individual will serve as franchise lead managing and championing the Drug-Eluting Therapies portfolio marketing strategy, both internally and externally. Your responsibilities will include: Build deep clinical and technical expertise in peripheral vascular disease states, product therapies, and competitive strategies. Manage and evolve the DE portfolio value proposition, positioning, and messaging with a focus on the Drug-Eluting Portfolio clinical data story as new data become available. Lead the global portfolio marketing initiative for the Boston Scientific Peripheral Interventions Drug-Eluting Therapies franchise. Define portfolio marketing opportunities and priorities and galvanize cross-functional team to execute. Work closely with cross-functional partners, including Product Management, Brand Activation (marketing communications), Clinical, Medical Education, Medical Affairs, and other functional team members. Build and maintain strong connections with regional marketing partners to understand unique regional market needs and risks, share global Drug-Eluting Portfolio strategies and tactics, and support regional portfolio initiatives objectives. Oversee development of portfolio tactic content to be used in multichannel campaigns, Innovation Center customer visits, industry conferences, and sales materials. Partner with Brand Activation – ensuring content is aligned with portfolio strategy and branding. Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Science, and Professional Education partners to ensure consistent DE portfolio messaging and strategy through our conference/podium, KOL, and educational channels. Required qualifications: BA/BS required 5+ years of marketing experience within medical device and/or healthcare industry Demonstrated ability to develop deep clinical and commercial expertise in medical device therapies and products Demonstrated success leading complex projects within dynamic, matrixed organization while incorporating diverse needs from numerous stakeholders Proven ability to influence drive alignment across diverse teams to achieve consensus and execution of strategic initiatives Ability to travel approximately 20%, mostly domestic with some international travel Preferred qualifications: Master’s/MBA preferred Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Requisition ID: 600639 Minimum Salary: $ 99100 Maximum Salary: $ 188300 The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
