Typically manages 2 or more specialized departments comprised of supervisors, managers, professionals, and/or large numbers of operational support employees. What will you do? Strategy and roadmap planning (25%) Set direction for team activities – who covers which products/solutions, ensuring optimal alignment and coverage (25%)

Goal-setting and measurement – qualitative (satisfaction with marketing support) and quantitative (ROI of marketing program success tied closely to partner goals, as well as productivity/workflow measures as agreed-upon) Ensuring team has tools and training needed to serve business partners Vendor management

Relationship management: partnering with PCG and C&C leadership to ensure Marketing understands business partner goals, business priorities; and works to balance business partner needs with capacity planning and campaign results (25%) All aspects of people leadership (hiring, performance management, resource planning, budget management, administration, and career/employee development and engagement) (15%) Stay abreast of marketing, solutions, and financial services trends and best practices and communicates effectively to team and provides support to business partners (10%) What do you need to succeed? Must-have Partner with and support product, Advisor Recruiting, Clearing & Custody (C&C), Banking & Lending, Retirement Plans, Wealth Planning, Diversity & Inclusion, and other internal partners by developing and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and materials to meet key business objectives. Lead a team of product and corporate marketing consultants and specialists to develop and manage marketing programs and channels in support of products, solutions and branding offered by RBC Wealth Management in the U.S. Develop corporate and product marketing strategy to align with brand strategy and business goals. Manage oversight of the ongoing inventory of corporate marketing programs and individual marketing materials. Develop roadmap to continually optimize marketing programs and materials in a digital-first, scalable manner. Manage to agreed-upon KPIs. Partner with other leaders and teams to seamlessly envision, create and implement campaigns across web, social media, email, sales enablement, and advertising channels. Collaborate with owners of content strategy to prioritize campaigns, content development and marketing materials against content strategy and key business strategies. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
