Job Overview: This role is focused on Arm’s world leading automotive business and reports into the Senior Director of Automotive Product Marketing. We are seeking a hardworking, self-starting individual to work closely with our automotive and central marketing teams in supporting the creation of outstanding marketing messaging and then subsequent promotion and launch of relevant products, solutions and platforms. Product Marketing is critical in the actioning and delivering of marketing plans, activities and events in collaboration with colleagues across the company. Responsibilities: Drive key Product Marketing goals, objectives, priorities, and messaging. Collaborate with strategic automotive ecosystem partners (e.g. OEMs, Tier1s, silicon partners, Software Innovators etc.) to create joint narratives and promotion opportunities to jointly tell the Arm automotive success story. Plan, lead and deliver outstanding product marketing messages for promotion, amplification, Automotive product launches, events, executive activities etc. Lead technical marketing relationships with the Automotive business, ecosystem partners and other Arm marketing functions to ensure the products and technologies are successfully promoted, launched and business goals are met. Collaborate throughout the business to understand market requirements and value propositions, to ensure they are expressed thoughtfully to the target audiences. Required Skills and Experience: Experience in delivering outstanding messages and narratives to promote these technologies in an engaging fashion. Ability to build positive relationships with internal teams and partners to drive joint announcements, activities, and marketing campaigns and to align toward accomplishing these joint objectives. Proficient in synthesizing and analyzing product features from segment, product and solution management teams, to develop key value propositions. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling ambiguity and change, and working independently with limited supervision. Excellent time and project management, organization and an outstanding attention to detail. An understanding of Arm’s technologies (hardware, tools and software), markets and ecosystem, ideally with an automotive focus. “Nice To Have” Skills and Experience: Background in technology marketing with consistent track record in a tier 1 technology company. Specific knowledge and experience with Arm technologies ideally with an in-depth understanding of Arm’s Automotive business. Good presentation skills and comfortable speaking to peers and colleagues, extending to leadership level. Proficient in working across the organization and across different business partners. Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Powerpoint.
