Step into a dynamic role where you'll drive two key initiatives within the Global Marketing Team: Strategic Partnerships + Go-To-Market management for the Musician category.

As a vital member of our team, you will identify, negotiate, and oversee strategic partnerships, including brand collaborations, technology integrations, and influencer engagements. Additionally, you'll create and deploy marketing collateral and toolkits for new product launches for the musician category including live performance and home recording targets. This role will work with a variety of cross-functional teams including Global and Regional Marketing, Artist Relations, Legal, Digital Marketing, and Internal Creative Services and External Agencies to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and key initiatives.

Further, you will support global advertising campaigns for Shure's Musician and Listening categories. This involves strategy development, oversight, and optimization of digital marketing efforts, working closely with external creative and media agencies, as well as our internal Performance Marketing team to optimize the customer journey while tracking ROI.

Ideal candidates will have robust digital marketing and project management skills, and strong data analytics experience, with a proven ability to pull, analyze, and use data to make strategic recommendations using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Identify, manage, and execute strategic partnerships (brand, technology, and influencer) to increase brand visibility, expand market reach, and drive revenue growth for Events & Content verticals.

Work with internal cross-functional teams such as Web, Global Legal Services, Content + Digital Marketing, Creative Services, Public Relations, E-Commerce, Artist Relations, and others as needed to ensure coordination of efforts for marketing, partnership, and campaign initiatives.

Collaborate with Global Product Marketing to translate product features into relevant user benefits and define value propositions. Works closely with Global Product Marketing and Engineering teams to coordinate the execution of product launch materials, including photography, product specifications, and graphic packaging. Assist with developing Go-To-Market toolkits including launch guides, feature and benefit copy, and creative asset development. Collaborate with Performance Marketing to define and track specific KPIs and metrics across the funnel for partnerships and advertising, utilizing insights to optimize current efforts and inform future initiatives from asset creation to campaign performance analysis. Ensure the faithful execution of the Shure Brand Guidelines in all communication materials. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or relevant digital marketing experience preferred, ideally in CPG, Technology, Audio or Software.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or comparable role. Experience in global or international roles is preferred, but not required.

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, and influence a wide range of cross-functional partners. Knowledge of negotiation and contract management, as well as, an understanding of FTC guidelines, is preferred. Knowledge of and interest in target markets, including Musicians, Podcasters, Streamers, Videographers, and Content Creators. Ability to manage a product launch that involves hardware and/or software. Superior copywriting and presentation skills. Ability to prepare executive-level documents and project confidence when presenting to any audience. Project management experience with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects on time. Regularly exhibits a high level of attention to detail in their work activities. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics (GA4), Tableau, Salesforce, and Agile Methodologies are preferred. Ability and interest in learning new technologies and platforms. A self-starter, comfortable taking ideas to action. Ability to handle multiple assignments, work independently, and see projects through to successful completion. Ability & willingness to travel when required.

PAY TRANSPARENCY Shure offers a competitive compensation structure that is reviewed annually to attract, hire, and retain the industry's top talent. Base salaries vary based on qualifications, geography, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The base salary range for this position is between $53,000 - $107,200. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for this opportunity. If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we are often flexible on the seniority of posted positions. All positions also include an award-winning benefits package.
