Your Job: The Brand Marketing team is responsible for leading the seasonal storytelling strategy across the business enterprise, ensuring a cohesive and compelling narrative that reflects the brand's positioning, values, and benefits. This team develops and delivers content that supports both internal stakeholders, such as sales representatives and regional marketing leadership, and our external audience, the consumer, ensuring messaging consistency across all touchpoints. From digital platforms to real-life brand activations, the team drives alignment and clarity in how the brand is presented, strengthening consumer connection and market impact. Their work plays a vital role in ensuring the brand’s identity is effectively communicated and reinforced across every campaign and initiative. As the Temporary Brand Marketing Lead, you will have a role in contributing to the development and execution of our seasonal marketing plans for specific global brand initiatives from conception to marketing go-live, ensuring alignment with brand goals and business objectives. This role partners with the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to set strategic seasonal priorities and owns the development of Brand Toolkits for global brand consistency. You will work in partnership with marketing channel owners and global business leaders to ensure all plans are integrated and aligned to the overall seasonal marketing strategy. You will drive creative workstreams with the internal Creative Studio and external agencies to bring the strategy and plan to life visually. Your Responsibilities: Partner with the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to develop a comprehensive global content strategy that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with diverse audiences. Lead the development and implementation of content strategy specific to key channels and stories. Translate brand and campaign strategies into compelling and consistent global content journeys. Develop and implement consumer journey maps and global content creative briefs for seasonal and brand storytelling, ensuring these deliverables have clear communication of brand objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Work alongside the Senior Manager, Brand Content and Experiences and Senior Brand Content Specialist to execute the development of global content kits to be distributed to all regions to support Brand Marketing campaigns. Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across the company’s global website (.com), email, SMS, loyalty, and retail as it relates to global campaigns. Engage with the e-commerce and digital marketing teams to enhance user experience, streamline content workflows, and optimize the website for performance. Design and implement global CRM strategies that strengthen customer relationships, drive engagement, and increase customer lifetime value. Collaborate with retail teams to ensure brand consistency across all retail environments and deliver engaging, informative, and inspiring content. Work closely with marketing, product, creative, and regional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment for global brand storytelling across all channels and markets. Leverage data and insights to inform content strategy and optimize performance. Oversee and communicate key metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and experiences, making data-driven decisions to enhance future initiatives. Provide mentorship and guidance to the Senior Brand Content Specialist, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in brand management, content creation, or experiential marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns. Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and customer engagement. Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives. Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to partner with external agencies, content creators, and influencers to amplify brand messaging and reach. Experience in managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation. Knowledge of site content, customer relationship marketing, digital marketing, social media, and emerging content platforms. Compensation:
