Reports to: Director of eCommerce, Marketing & Customer Experience Date: February 24, 2025 Wage Range: $67,000 – 75,000 annually Position Summary This position supports our B2C and B2B digital and conventional marketing & communications strategies including social media, eMail, affiliate / influencer marketing, lead generation, PR, and printed collateral. Requires creative marketing experience with a copywriting background along with experience using the latest marketing tactics in an omni-channel environment that consists of both brick and mortar and eCommerce channels. The role is expected to expand our company’s digital footprint, brand awareness, and share of voice by leading integrated digital and conventional marketing and communications campaigns from conception to completion. Besides collaborating with the broader marketing, eCommerce, and Customer Experience teams, this highly visible role will also interface with multiple internal and external stakeholders and lead the execution of campaigns that are on-time and on-budget. Responsibilities Plan and execute all B2B and B2C digital and conventional marketing & communications, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, affiliate/influencer, display advertising, PR, and associated sales collateral. Control the conception and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for both eCommerce and brick and mortar channels. Lead the curation and management of item listings on the Prime-Line website. Assist with the coordination and collection of product images and videos for online product features. Work with internal & external teams to create programs with a focus on brand standards and deliverability in mind. Own projects from kickoff to completion, including adherence to project timelines and budget. Participate in the ongoing refinement of Prime-Line’s assets for websites and online marketplaces. Determine and implement on-page SEO best practices across all digital channels. Develop and maintain various paid search campaigns, PLAs, display ads, retargeting, and the like. Track and analyze campaign performance to ensure a positive ROI across all marketing tactics. Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels. Network with industry experts, influencers, members of the media, and potential clients to drive brand awareness. Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address internal and external customer queries. Qualifications Bachelor’s or associate's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience preferred. Equivalent work experience acceptable. Desired background in Digital and Conventional Marketing and Communications, eCommerce, social media, and advertising. Copywriting/content refresh experience (for marketing and/or communications). Experience in developing and deploying social media and content marketing initiatives. Understanding of eCommerce analytics and key performance indicators. Background in using content management systems for websites. Familiarity with paid search, product listing ads, and other SEM offerings. Working knowledge of SEO best practices and marketing content optimization. Proficient in using eMail service provider and affiliate marketing platforms. Project management skills and attention to detail. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word. Background in editing/marketing with video a plus. Home Improvement/Hardware industry experience a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
