LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a communications specialist with 5 or more years of experience for a contract opportunity for a non profit organization in Washington DC. This role is hybrid 2 days in office 3 days work from home. This is a great contract role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team. Responsibilities: Create various types of content, such as announcements, blog posts, social media updates, talking points, and other necessary materials. Oversee and maintain company’s publications' social media presence across various platforms, scheduling content and actively engaging with our community. Participate in communications projects by planning, writing, coordinating with teams, and delivering content. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communications or related fields. Extensive experience managing social media for a comparable high-profile organization, with proficiency in using management platforms such as Brandwatch or Buffer. Positive attitude that contributes to the team culture. Clear thinker with an organized and detail-oriented approach. Excellent writer and communicator. Familiarity with paid digital and social advertising on Meta and/or LinkedIn. Experience: 5 years in corporate communications. Employment Type:
