Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales and Marketing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth through proactive sales efforts, developing strong client relationships, and executing strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to generate leads through various marketing channels.

Responsibilities Sales & Business Development:

Actively prospect, qualify, and secure new clients through direct outreach, referrals, networking, and cold calling. Marketing & Lead Generation:

Implement and manage targeted marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and community outreach, to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized insurance solutions and excellent customer service. Product Knowledge & Consultation:

Educate clients on insurance products and tailor coverage options to meet their specific needs. Sales Strategy Execution:

Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Cross-Selling & Upselling:

Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services to existing clients to maximize revenue potential. Networking & Community Engagement:

Attend local events, industry functions, and networking meetings to promote the agency and build connections. Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all sales processes and client interactions adhere to industry regulations and company policies

Requirements Proven experience in insurance sales, marketing, or a related field. Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus. Valid TN P&C insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).
