About the Role:
We are seeking a
creative and strategic Graphic Designer
to develop innovative visual solutions across various marketing materials, including collateral, product packaging, advertising, direct mail, and event campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of brand consistency, typography, and layout design, ensuring all creative outputs align with business objectives and brand guidelines.
You will work closely with the
Creative Leader and Art Director , transforming concepts into visually compelling designs while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design & Execution
Conceptualize and develop
high-impact marketing materials , including print collateral, event graphics, advertisements, and product packaging. Ensure all designs align with brand standards and creative direction. Execute all design stages from sketches and wireframes to final production. Translate complex ideas into visually compelling graphics, including branding, logos, illustrations, and infographics. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities based on business needs and deadlines. Brand Consistency & Strategic Thinking
Uphold and maintain
brand consistency
across all creative materials. Work within established
design guidelines, best practices, and industry standards . Stay updated on
trends in graphic design, branding, and print production
to enhance creative output. Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate creative briefs and translate business needs into effective design solutions. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) or a related degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a similar field. 3+ years of experience
in a design agency or corporate environment. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
(Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong knowledge of
print production processes
and best practices. Excellent typography and layout skills. Ability to
work independently with minimal supervision
while collaborating effectively with a team. Exceptional
time management skills , with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong
logo and branding
design expertise. Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) . High level of attention to
visual details and quality assurance . Strong
communication and collaboration skills
to present and discuss design concepts with stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Experience in
event marketing design
and multi-component campaigns. Knowledge of
direct mail marketing and digital design principles . Familiarity with
motion graphics or UX/UI design
