The Opportunity:
As our Program Manager, Marketing, you will manage the end-to-end execution of Sephora Collection marketing programs, from strategic planning phases through creative execution and implementation. This role reports to the Senior Program Manager and plays a crucial part in our marketing success.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management (35%) Drive end-to-end omni-channel marketing programs across all online and offline channels (in-store, print, direct mail, digital, video, and social media) Create and publish comprehensive schedules and set interim milestone meetings, integrating traditional and digital media touchpoints Clearly communicate requirements, deliverables, and timelines throughout the program lifecycle Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Creative, Visual Merchandising/Production, Channel/Vehicle partners, Merchandising, Store Design, Resourcing, and Delivery Management Partner upstream during strategic development with Marketing counterparts to ensure cross-functional milestones and timelines for brief development and project kickoffs are met Manage laterally with creative and/or agency partners on timely execution of all assets, including derivatives, versions, and translations Ensure timely execution of all project assets to meet launch dates and complete hindsight reviews post-campaign launch Day-to-Day Execution (25%)
Open jobs and build job folders with project information; maintain final program archives Prepare agendas for planning, kick-off, pre-production, and review meetings Track schedules, update reports, and communicate program status to key stakeholders through weekly status meetings and hot sheets Ensure product delivery for photography aligns with program schedules Identify photo shoot needs across channels and partner with Creative and Content Production teams Route creative to marketing partners and ensure feedback is clear, actionable, and timely Facilitate handoff of all assets to Delivery Management/Production Track completion of all assets on the asset list including final hand-offs, development, QA, and live dates Process Improvement & Risk Management (15%)
Identify program risks early and provide mitigation strategies Monitor and advocate for process improvements to increase efficiency Demonstrate ownership and investment in the work with a clear understanding of business goals Budget Management (15%)
Maintain a strong understanding of budget and co-op funding requirements Track budget and facilitate conversations between Creative, Marketing, and Production when costs impact design or budget Team Development (10%)
May mentor one or more direct reports, establishing clear goals for upward career pathing Qualifications
4-6 years of project/account management experience; agency experience preferred Effective working in a matrix organization Thrive in a fast-paced environment Key Competencies
Prioritization and organizational skills Detail orientation Proactive approach with strong interpersonal skills Problem-solving abilities Cross-functional team communication Relationship building Action-oriented mindset Command skills Adaptability to change #LI-SR1 The annual base salary range for this position is $114,750.00 - $128,250.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
