Insight Global is seeking a Creative Director with a strong background in Copywriting. This person will spend the majority of their day executing for a particular client, while allocating the remaining to various clients. The ideal candidate will have a unique edge, the ability to speak differently in the financial space and a passion for creating engaging and imaginative concepts. This person will be overseeing 4 copywriters, work closely with the VP of Creative Directions and Assocaite Creative Directors on the team. Required Skills & Experience- 10+ years of creative copywriting experience in an agency or brand space- 5+ years leading creatives as a supervisor or manager- Ability to oversee and lead all content creation for promotions, social, brand campaigns, brand guidelines, online advertising, site content, etc.- Strong portfolio with examples of recent projects demonstrating creative thinking and flawless execution- Background and familiarity working within the fintech space or an industry /organization with a similar level of complexity- Experience working on ad campaigns in the financial sector, preferably with companies like JP Morgan or Capital One or gambling applications.- Have critical attention to detail (when it comes to copy and the copy craft)- Creative influence and the ability to transform a brand/concept and proven experience in doing so Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
