You will be responsible for driving our product innovation pipeline and developing the annual brand marketing calendar from concept to implementation. You possess a creative yet commercially focused mindset to advance the brand positioning, build equity and increase market share in the mass channel. This person will work hand in hand with all cross functional teams (Product Development, Planning, Purchasing, Finance, Sales, Consumer Engagement, E-Commerce) to deliver new product launches, increase productivity of base business and drive overall brand growth and profitability. The candidate will be able to ideate & execute go-to-market plans flawlessly, track results, and optimize the Eva NYC portfolio based on prior learnings. $110,000 - $130,000 + bonusResponsibilities:Develop a portfolio strategy that leverages current and future innovations to achieve financial goals and outcomes.Lead the brand and trade marketing team to flawlessly execute all commercialization projects and brand building activities.Establish priorities and direction for product collections including packaging, pricing, promotion, quality standards, innovation/new product development, line extensions and other in-market execution.Advance the brand vision through the creation of engaging brand campaigns, award winning sustainability initiatives, and best-in-class merchandising techniques.Oversee the development of annual marketing calendar, commercial timeline, effective omni channel 4P go-to-market strategies and launch toolkits.Partner with Sales to convert marketing plans into compelling customer programs and presentations to deliver results, grow the category, and enhance our relationships.Perform ongoing analysis of business data, competitive insights and consumer research to make business recommendations.Identify and size-up new markets, concepts, categories and franchising opportunities for global expansion.Lead all consumer research efforts, manage data and analytics subscriptions.Accountability for brand P&L inputs and budget management with the expectation of continuously driving product gross margin improvement.Requirements:4-year college degree required, MBA or master's in marketing a plus.7+ years prior experience in CPG or Beauty brand development, global or product marketing role.Demonstrated ability to define a portfolio vision and strategy and successfully bring the organization along to achieve flawless execution.Demonstrated ability to build and grow brands, deepen equity ownership and command a leadership position for the business.Experience driving business transformation needs with an agile and roll-up your sleeves approach.People management experience.Experience with fast-paced, complex businesses and P&L management.Experience to command presence and persuasively and effectively lead executive level communication.Ability to help define, refine and identify consumer insights that will drive brand building and business growth opportunities and communications plans.Ability to read and analyze financials, consumer research, and syndicated data and trends, and synthesize data into compelling insights to drive growth, improve ROI and overall help contribute to the thriving health of the business.Ready to apply?Please click the link that will bring you to our careers page.
