Moonvalley is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to build and scale our event presence in North America. We've seen strong early response to our video AI technology at industry events, and now need a driven marketer to expand our program. This is a high-impact role with significant growth potential: you'll start by creating compelling event experiences and driving immediate pipeline impact, with the opportunity to scale the program and build a team as our event presence expands.What you'll do:Own our field marketing strategy and roadmap, starting with North AmericaDesign standout event experiences that bring our technology to lifeHit ambitious event-driven pipeline targets, including lead generation goals and ROI metricsBuild efficient event processes from lead capture to sales handoff, working closely with Operations on lead handing and follow-upWork with Sales to refine our event strategy and boost pipeline qualityTeam up with Product Marketing to develop compelling content across our booth, keynotes, and speaking slotsOwn field marketing budget, vendor relationships, and strategic event partnershipsWhat we're looking for:8+ years marketing experience, with 4+ years running field marketing programsProven ability to drive pipeline through events, with a history of meeting or exceeding targetsDeep experience building lead generation programs that deliver real business resultsSuccessfully managed significant event budgets with clear impact on revenueSharp analytical mind and data-driven approach to measuring event successExperience at early stage and hyperscaling start-ups is a plusIn our team, we approach our work with the dedication similar to Olympic athletes.
