About the role

As the Content Marketing Lead, you'll take ownership of Halliday's content strategy and execution, positioning us as a thought leader and innovator in blockchain and fintech.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive content creation and storytelling that resonates with developers, enterprises, and the broader crypto community. You'll craft and execute campaigns that educate, engage, and inspire, while amplifying Halliday's voice in the Web3 ecosystem.

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Business Development, to develop high-impact content that simplifies complex concepts, drives user engagement, and strengthens our brand identity.

What you'll be doing
  • Content Strategy Development: Define and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that communicates Halliday's value proposition and builds brand awareness in the blockchain and fintech industries.
  • Create Engaging Content: Produce high-quality, technically informed content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, and social media campaigns. Tailor messaging to developers, enterprises, and crypto enthusiasts.
  • Elevate Thought Leadership: Craft thought-provoking, industry-relevant content that positions Halliday as a leader in Web3 commerce automation and a trusted voice in the crypto ecosystem.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams to create technical guides, product documentation, and marketing assets that simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Own Halliday's Voice: Manage and evolve Halliday's brand tone and messaging across platforms, ensuring consistency and authenticity in all communications.
  • Drive Industry Engagement: Oversee content tied to Halliday's participation in industry events, including Web3 conferences, hackathons, and meetups, ensuring we maintain a strong presence in the blockchain community.
  • Optimize for Results: Track content performance using analytics tools, refining strategies and campaigns based on data insights to maximize engagement, reach, and lead generation.
  • Build Community Connections: Engage with developers and the Web3 community, leveraging content to foster conversations, build relationships, and create meaningful interactions.
What we're looking for
  • Content Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in the blockchain, fintech, or Web3 space. A track record of creating high-quality, engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong Writing & Storytelling: Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical topics into accessible and compelling narratives.
  • Blockchain & Web3 Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, crypto culture, and the Web3 ecosystem, including experience crafting content that resonates with technical and crypto-native audiences.
  • Startup Experience: Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Data-Driven & Results-Oriented: A results-driven approach, with experience using analytics tools to measure and optimize content performance for engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Creative & Strategic Mindset: A mix of creative storytelling abilities and strategic thinking to ensure Halliday's content aligns with broader marketing goals.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000. This reflects the minimum and maximum range across all US locations. This does not include equity or benefits.
