Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Hiring Marketing and Digital talent across the UK

Central Employment are working in partnership with a leading and globally recognised Manufacturing and Engineering organisation, as they look to appoint a highly creative Junior Graphic Designer - MAT cover.

Junior Graphic Designer profile:

To support on creating and editing digital and print artwork to support marketing campaigns, events, product launches and the wider business.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing team and wider business with the creation of print and digital marketing materials (including product collateral and email/social media banners etc.)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and key stakeholders to deliver design assets to support key marketing campaigns, events and internal communications
  • Maintain and update company visual assets, templates and style guides in accordance with our brand guidelines
  • Bring fun and personality to the brand
  • Be confident and motivated to introduce new ideas and concepts
  • Keep up to date with current trends and techniques

Experience required:

  • Graphic Design degree or 2 years’ experience in a relevant role
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles including typography and layout
  • Adept comprehension of creating assets for digital, print and production
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
