They are currently seeking a talented M&A (Transaction Advisory) Senior Associate to join their growing team.

Overview :

As an M&A Senior Associate, you will play a key role in advising clients on complex financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, providing financial due diligence and strategic insights to support critical business decisions.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, including quality of earnings analysis, working capital assessments, and identification of potential deal risks.
  • Analyze financial statements, forecasts, and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of client deliverables, including financial models, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, valuation, and audit professionals, to provide holistic transaction support.
  • Participate in client meetings and communicate findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes impacting the M&A landscape.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to proposals and pitches.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CFA, or related certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, or related field within a public accounting or consulting firm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
