Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (advertising, marketing) and/or experience in the Advertising/Media industry.
  2. Ability to work within an hour of Hoboken, NJ and Philadelphia Metro Area.
  3. This is a hybrid position – e.g. working 3-4 days per week remotely, with regular travel for in-person team meetings, including to our NJ, NYC & Philly offices. As such, the role requires a self-starter with high energy, drive, and the ability to work independently.
  4. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to interact with internal teams as well as clients.
  5. Ability to self-prioritize, communicate internally on ongoing projects and meet deadlines.
  6. Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and willingness to jump in on all types of projects.
  7. Knowledge of various social media platforms; we are willing to train.
  8. Marketing internship or other prior experience preferred.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  1. Support the media team in planning, launching, managing, and reporting on campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to: Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Programmatic DSPs such as TTD and Media Math (training provided).
  2. Plan projects from start to finish (estimates, schedules, budgets, optimizations, learnings for future campaigns).
  3. Communicate in meetings with clients and manage client deliverables. Over time, train to become the lead media point of contact for 2-4 clients.
  4. Handle campaign asset trafficking and project management.
  5. Become proficient in Google Analytics, Funnel.io and relevant reporting/analytics tools. Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing campaign data. Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and improve overall results.
  6. Manage and organize all client assets in the preferred project management platform.
  7. Support the management of agency communications, such as social media & blog posts.
  8. Proofread/edit all published content for both Media Thesis & clients.

Compensation:

$50,000 base yearly salary. Future pay raise opportunities will be evaluated during annual reviews, based on performance and contributions to the business.
