What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Paid Media Strategy & Ad Ops team to plan, execute, and manage multiple ad campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with major advertising partners
- Research and engage potential new vendors to expand partnerships
- Negotiate terms and manage logistical aspects of ad campaigns, ensuring timely execution
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide strategic recommendations for optimization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in media buying, digital advertising, or a similar role
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and online measurement (CTR, CPM, ROAS, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns at various stages of execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with self-serve platforms such as Meta, Google, or TikTok
- Ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights
- Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Audiobook listening experience is a plus
