What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Collaborate with the Paid Media Strategy & Ad Ops team to plan, execute, and manage multiple ad campaigns
  2. Build and maintain relationships with major advertising partners
  3. Research and engage potential new vendors to expand partnerships
  4. Negotiate terms and manage logistical aspects of ad campaigns, ensuring timely execution
  5. Analyze campaign performance data and provide strategic recommendations for optimization

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in media buying, digital advertising, or a similar role
  2. Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and online measurement (CTR, CPM, ROAS, etc.)
  3. Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns at various stages of execution
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience with self-serve platforms such as Meta, Google, or TikTok
  2. Ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights
  3. Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment
  4. Audiobook listening experience is a plus
