Role Description

This is a remote, part-time role for a Community Manager at Adamant. The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging with the audience, organizing events, fostering relationships with founders, and creating an inviting and powerful experience for the community overall.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a primary point of contact for member interactions, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.
  2. Manage community communications, ensuring members stay informed and engaged.
  3. Build relationships with members to understand their needs and provide relevant support and resources.
  4. Oversee and promote virtual events such as office hours, workshops, and feedback sessions tailored to founders working on fundraising strategies.
  5. Coordinate interactive sessions that provide members with opportunities to practice pitches, share insights, and receive valuable feedback.
  6. Collaborate closely with CEO to evolve and enhance the community’s offerings, including developing new course modules, resources, and partnerships.
  7. Ensure community resources remain up-to-date and reflective of the latest insights in fundraising for startup founders.
  8. Partner directly with CEO to develop strategies for improving engagement, retention, and overall member experience.
  9. Assist in identifying opportunities to strengthen the community through new initiatives, feedback loops, and partnerships.
  10. Continuously refine onboarding processes to ensure new members feel welcomed and quickly get up to speed.
  11. Highlight community success stories to showcase progress and encourage participation.

Qualifications

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build connections in a virtual environment.
  2. Experience managing online communities, community building in general, or working in customer success.
  3. Event planning and organization skills
  4. Content creation and writing abilities
  5. Positive extroversion and people skills
  6. Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
  7. Experience or strong interest/familiarity in the startup or venture capital ecosystem industry is a plus.
  8. Familiarity with platforms like Circle or similar community tools is beneficial.
