The Digital Content Manager develops and executes integrated social media and SEO strategies that engage users, improve brand visibility and shape the future of a leading brand's online presence. The Digital Content Manager oversees the execution of Wolters Kluwer's social media strategic direction, including channel, outreach, content plans, personas, and audience development.
**This is a Hybrid in office role requiring two days a week in a Wolters Kluwer office location**
Responsibilities:
Oversee the execution of Wolters Kluwer's social media direction, including channel, outreach, content plans, personas, and audience development.
Identify emerging social media trends and develop creative ways to captivate audiences.
As needed, oversee the social media content calendar for various channels, planning and scheduling posts in advance, and respond directly to comments and questions on social media posts.
Serve as a subject matter expert in content creation, amplification, and audience growth.
Set measurable goals, track key performance metrics, and produce monthly performance reports on web traffic, user engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our network and attract new followers.
Prepare creative and data-driven multi-channel recommendations with consideration for market trends, customer needs, desired business outcomes, cost and resource availability.
Partner with social media strategists to ensure successful execution of social plans.
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience crafting B2B content strategies—including SEO and social media.
Deep knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit.
Proven ability to build B2B-focused content strategies that prioritize engagement and organic traffic.
Stellar writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling, audience-specific content.
Awareness of the latest B2B content marketing trends, SEO strategies, and AI integration in content creation.
Proficiency in using data and analytics to track performance and optimize content.
Outstanding visual storytelling skills and an eye for turning complex topics into digestible, engaging formats.
Solid project management skills to handle multiple, high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
A creative, proactive, and collaborative mindset with a focus on driving impact.
Graphic design and photo editing know-how.
Fluency in conducting keyword research, trend analysis, and seasonal content planning.
Native or near-native fluency in English (written and oral).
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working within fast-paced, global organizations and matrix teams.

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $121,350 - $170,050
