Job Overview
We are looking for a Brand & Creative Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive and engaging brand applications that ultimately improve the lives of caregivers and their families.
As a key member of our growing Brand & Creative Design Team here at Homethrive, you’ll be working closely with your partners in our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Design teams. You will use your creativity and skills to develop and implement our evolving brand across a broad range of channels and applications.
This is an ideal opportunity for a designer who's looking to:

- Make a huge impact in a startup organization and in the day-to-day lives of caregivers and their families
Key Responsibilities
- Work on multiple creative projects simultaneously, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing partners, to develop compelling concepts across many channels
- Help develop and grow our brand to ensure consistency across everything we do
- Design compelling content for our website, social media, digital marketing campaigns, emails, slides decks, infographics, videos, packaging, sales support, promotional materials and more
- Support our smaller internal media projects with illustration, motion graphics, video editing, photography and more
- Communicate your design decisions clearly and effectively to the team
- Critically analyze the success of your solutions and iterate quickly on new ideas
Requirements
Qualifications

- 2-4 years experience in a Brand/Graphic/Communication design role, with experience working within a design system and applying a company’s brand and design across a suite of surfaces
- A strong visual aesthetic, with a deep understanding of color, composition, and typography
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe CC, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Asana
- Strong experience working across print mediums, in addition to digital.
- Willingness to take initiative, run with projects, and speak up when support or guidance is needed.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and prioritization skills; can be productive under limited direction and sometimes ambiguous challenges.
- Self-motivated and successful in fast-paced environments. You take ownership of your projects, but welcome feedback and strive to effectively communicate design decisions.
- Humility and a positive attitude is a must.
Nice to Haves
- Experience working in a startup environment is a big plus
- Experience working within or creating a design system
- Video editing and motion graphics experience
