Our Opportunity:
Our team is growing and seeking a creative, collaborative, and consumer-focused marketer with a passion for influencer partnerships. The Entertainment Marketing Manager—Influencer Management role will be responsible for working across the PepsiCo North America portfolio to develop influencer strategies—identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships across the influencer ecosystem on behalf of our brands. This role requires agility to manage multiple active workstreams simultaneously, operate as an owner of their function, and provide strategic leadership to drive impactful partnerships across the portfolio.
The ideal candidate has experience managing influencer relationships, including working with talent and agencies, negotiating contracts, and executing marketing campaigns. Experience with celebrity partnerships is a plus.
This is a hybrid role that must be based in one of our PepsiCo Headquarter offices (Purchase, Chicago, or Plano).
Responsibilities
- Responsible for helping co-create standardized processes, consultancy, and recommendations for new partnerships in the influencer space.
- Work with brand and agency partners to co-develop influencer strategies based on brand objectives and key KPIs.
- Develop and oversee new creator/influencer strategy and strategic partnerships across the PepsiCo portfolio.
- Collaborate with multiple individual brand teams across the PBNA portfolio of products - including MTN DEW, Gatorade, Rockstar Energy, Frito Lay, and more.
- Develop strategic recommendations and lead partnerships from the ideation phase through execution of contracts and deliverables.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- BA required
- Minimum of 5-7 years prior marketing experience in influencer marketing and/or entertainment industry (brand and/or agency).
- Demonstrate work experience and expertise in entertainment marketing.
- Deep passion for influencer content and developing ideas that drive connection with consumers.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate, communicate, and influence internal and external teams.
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
