Senior Clinical Scientist – Oncology & Cell Therapy

We're working with a clinical-stage biotechnology company that is actively seeking a Senior Clinical Scientist to join their team! This company is dedicated to developing innovative cell therapies for cancer and autoimmune diseases using cutting-edge technology.

About the Role

This is a full-time, onsite role in Alameda, CA (with some flexibility for remote work). The Senior Clinical Scientist will play a key role in leading clinical development programs, designing and executing clinical trials, analyzing data, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead clinical development programs and provide scientific oversight for clinical trials.
  • Design and execute Phase 1-3 clinical trials in oncology and / or autoimmune diseases.
  • Develop key clinical documents, including protocols, investigator brochures (IBs), and regulatory submissions .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and regulatory agencies.
  • Oversee EDC / ePRO / eCOA system design and contribute to clinical data review .

Ideal Candidate :

  • 5+ years of experience in clinical research (academic or industry).
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial design, data analysis, and regulatory requirements .
  • Experience working with oncology, cell therapy, or autoimmune diseases is a plus!
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant scientific field ( MD, PhD, or MS ).

Location : Alameda, CA (Onsite with some remote flexibility)
