We’re looking for an Assistant Studio Manager who is passionate about fitness, leadership, and creating an outstanding studio experience.

About Us:

With just one 20-minute session per week, our certified BODY20 Coaches help members achieve maximum results, delivering over 150 times more muscle contractions than a conventional workout—without the need for traditional gym equipment.

Job Overview:

As the Assistant Studio Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the studio. You’ll work closely with the Studio Manager to ensure the studio runs smoothly, meets sales goals, and delivers an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Studio Manager in overseeing all aspects of studio operations, including staff management, sales performance, and member experience.
  2. Hire, train, and develop sales staff to drive memberships and enhance customer service.
  3. Assist in executing sales and marketing strategies to grow studio utilization and lead generation.
  4. Manage and maintain studio schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and high client satisfaction.
  5. Attend and participate in training sessions to stay knowledgeable about BODY20 technology and programming.
  6. Promote the studio through community outreach, social media, and events.
  7. Handle client inquiries, membership concerns, and overall customer service to maintain high retention.
  8. Assist in managing studio inventory, payroll, and facilities maintenance.
  9. Meet or exceed personal and studio sales goals while maintaining an engaging studio culture.

Qualifications:

  1. 1+ years of experience in fitness sales or customer service
  2. Management or leadership experience in a boutique fitness studio or similar environment
  3. Experience working with KPIs, revenue targets, and team performance management
  4. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  5. A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
  6. Proficiency in sales software and technology platforms
  7. Ability to lead by example, coach a team, and create a high-energy studio culture
