Launched in 2015, Prime Video Channels enables customers to access premium content from partners like Max, STARZ, Paramount+, AppleTV+, AMC+ and many more.

The U.S. Prime Video Channels Content Acquisition & Management team is seeking a strategic, results-driven Partner Manager with strong analytical and presentation skills. This role is key in supporting business operations and enhancing partner management processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with Senior Partner Managers and cross-functional teams (marketing, product, technology, and operations) to analyze data, generate insights, create impactful PowerPoint presentations, and streamline workflows to improve overall efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with a strong ability to work with data, create compelling PowerPoint decks, and support operational improvements. This individual must have keen attention to detail, a passion for media and entertainment, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Partner closely with Senior Partner Managers to improve and standardize partner management processes, working collaboratively across marketing, product, technology, and operations teams.
  2. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and key insights to support business decisions.
  3. Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and reports that effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  4. Streamline workflows and optimize internal processes to enhance efficiency and scalability within the Partner Manager function.
  5. Provide tactical support for partners, including issue troubleshooting, asset management, and data reporting.
  6. Follow up on and escalate partner requests, working with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  7. Manage relationship with small and/or mid-sized partners.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
  2. Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  3. Bachelors Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  4. Experience creating high-quality PowerPoint decks and presentations.
  5. Experience deriving key insights from complex analyses and communicating to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Experience analyzing problems, devising solutions, and executing plans to drive continuous improvement.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Knowledge of SQL.
  2. Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
  3. Experience in business development, partner development, sales or alliances management.
  4. Experience managing external partner relationships.
