NXP Semiconductors is hiring: Product Marketer – Industrial and IoT microcontrol

The ideal candidate for this role is a customer-focused, passionate marketing professional with a strong technical and business acumen. The Marketer will have responsibility for microcontroller products for the Industrial and IoT markets and will closely collaborate with NXP sales and distributors to enable our broad customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Positioning: Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions aligned with market trends and customer requirements.
- Content Development: Create and oversee the development of customer-facing content, including presentations, trainings, blogs, videos, case studies, and webinars.
- Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with tools, training, and resources to effectively communicate the value of our products. Create sales guides and competitive information, and initiate and support product trainings and customer calls.
- Go-To-Market: Drive promotional campaigns with clear KPIs and develop out-of-box initiatives to achieve our growth goals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product marketing, technical sales, or related experience, with a focus on microcontrollers.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities - ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and compelling narratives.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product management, marketing, sales, engineering, and distributor teams.
