Partner with Insights team to drive brand health measurement and tracking across four priority markets (US, UK, CAN, AU) Work closely with brand and market teams to define the most important brand health topics, facilitate synthesis to get to compelling insights, and finally turn the insights into action Leverage customer insights, competitive understanding, and analytics data to unlock growth opportunities and influence brand strategy Establish metrics for success for brand repositioning and ensure were applying the right level of strategic rigor in decision making

Required Skills :
Solid written and verbal skills to communicate brand health program objectives, recommendations, and results to cross-functional teams and senior leadership Comfortable analyzing diverse sets of data to develop insights; experience with quantitative data analysis

Ability to distill research findings into clear, and compelling data backed presentations Great interpersonal skills to collaborate with a wide diversity of colleagues in other disciplines and cultures.

Education: Bachelor's degree required; Equivalent experience will be considered
