PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITIONConstellation Home is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Sr. Digital Marketing & Advertising Analyst to join our team. As a Sr. Digital Marketing & Advertising Analyst at Constellation Home, you will be responsible for managing design, development and execution of online marketing and advertising programs to improve the performance of existing efforts and increase our digital presence through paid, organic and user experience initiatives. You will work closely with digital, marketing, and sales professionals to ensure that our digital marketing campaigns align with our overall marketing goals and objectives.PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESManage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including design, advertising strategy, landing pages, KPIs, insights and reporting coordinate with agency partners to drive lead generation across numerous business lines.Develop and implement strategic SEO web content and blogs, provide direction to agency partner to drive improvements to organic search coverage.Provide direction and guidance to internal teams and agency partners to improve website user experience and conversion rate.Test and optimize content, advertising creative, and landing pages in an effort to improve campaign performance.Develop and execute social media strategy, manage online reputation and compile reporting for customer interactions.Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the digital marketing landscape share with stakeholders and leaders.Evaluate and report online marketing effectiveness, manages online advertising budgets, and analyzes and prepares results of digital campaigns.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS&bull Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.&bull 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital, or related field.&bull Prior work experience as a digital marketer, digital marketing analyst, or similar&bull Experience managing digital marketing campaigns that include paid advertising (paid search, paid social, and display).&bull Understanding of organic search optimization principles and experience driving improvement in organic search rankings.&bull In-depth understanding of digital marketing best practices, industry trends, and emerging platforms.&bull Active contributor that makes people with different opinions feel comfortable and valued.&bull Adapts to ambiguous or changing circumstances.&bull Actively challenges popular values, opinions and decisions to benefit the organization or limit negative project impacts.&bull Proactively seeks to learn about new digital marketing technologies, platforms, and strategies. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS&bull Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.&bull Demonstrated ability to implement best practices within campaigns and website experiences.&bull Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.&bull Knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, and budget management.&bull Understanding of targeting options, ad formats, and bid management strategies.&bull Prior experience conducting A/B testing and analyzing marketing campaign performance.
