Who You Are

The Expressive Design Group is currently looking for a skilled and talented Production Artist to join our Holyoke, MA team. The Production Artist role will be responsible for assisting our design team in creating and formatting technical files for print production overseas. The ideal candidate for this full-time, in-house position should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator InDesign along with knowledge of MS Office Suite. This role is production focused however, may also assist the team in developing, producing and assembling prototypes. 

This position requires an experienced problem solver, strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail. An ideal candidate is highly motivated and is able to multitask under timelines. The Production Artist will be expected to create clear, precise, press-ready production files based on supplied product specifications. Items will include but are not limited to, Gift Wrap, Gift Bags, Gift Boxes, Greeting Cards and Tags.

• 2+ years of experience in production or a related graphic design position desired.
• Must be able to report daily to office (Holyoke, MA)
• Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
• Must be proactive, flexible, forward-thinking and collaborative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Must be detail-oriented and precise.
