JOB SUMMARY/BASIC FUNCTION
Our client is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to be responsible for all marketing activities on their assigned product(s) from inception to implementation to lead launches and grow existing products adoption. This role will focus on translating customer and market requirements into products with clear and differentiated value proposition and positioning.
This role requires a self-driven, highly multi-tasking individual who can work with cross-functional teams of leaders and individual contributors throughout a matrixed, distributed organization.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of experience with product marketing management for a customer-oriented organization.
• Experience in developing and communicating effective value propositions.
• Proven experience in developing effective marketing material.
• Experience of working in the manufacturing industry is desirable, but not required.
• Self-starter with strong executive facilitation skills and experience related to strategic execution and problem solving.
• Solid analytical skills (i.e., marketing measurement, new market analysis etc.)
• Comfort in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities.
• Highly seasoned project management skills.
• Exceptional written and oral communications skills (including presentations) and listening and interpretation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ideal to have business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: In practice, the activities may include, but not limit to:
Product Launch: Manage new product development including product strategy, market research, business case development, product requirements definition, and leading the product launch.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure product launches are successful and resonate with target audiences.

• Product marketing content: clearly and effectively communicates value proposition

o Build out internal and external sales training
o Buil and maintain partnership with B2B audience
• Promotion & marketing communication: Create awareness, drive consideration and generate marketing qualifies lead
o Develop and execute marketing communication strategies at all levels of the marketing funnel
o Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for product promotion, encompassing positioning, messaging and go-to-market plans
o Utilize digital marketing, social media, email campaigns and participation in industry events for optimal reach, ensuring coherence across all marketing channels
o Build thought leadership narrative and create value-add content to drive consideration (e.g. infographics, blog, vlog, testimonials)
• Post-launch marketing activation: lead post-launch marketing initiatives
o Develop and revise marketing strategies and plans; execute campaigns by leveraging various channels depending on marketing objectives

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
