Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Responds to help desk tickets, telephone calls, and e-mail and personnel requests for technical support
Maintain inventory of devices
Communicate in a polite and professional manner with all levels of the business
Work independently and manage time effectively
Perform software and hardware installations
Configure, diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware and software
Assist with computer moves/adds/changes and other related duties and tasks as required or assigned
Participate in IT projects as required
Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office products
Qualifications
Associates degree or 3-5 years relevant experience
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) at all levels in the organization
Ability to function independently and as part of a team
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
Proficient with Windows environment and basic networking skills
Demonstrates good customer service skills and motivation
Ability to earn new technology and software solutions.
Troubleshoot and critical thinking skills
Accountability
Position has a contributory effect on sales of at least $50m and reports to the IT Director.
