The Program Manager, Omni Customer Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing coordinated marketing strategies targeting customers of Staples.com and Staples Stores across the various lifecycle stages. They will lead with customer data and insights to develop plans that deliver a cohesive customer experience across touchpoints including email, SMS, direct mail, Push & more. The Program Manager will work closely with multiple teams including marketing operations, creative, merchandising, site, analytics and more to bring campaigns to market and measure against multiple KPIs.

What you’ll be doing:

Drive the approach and implementation of coordinated marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive growth, retention and share of wallet.

Leverage a deep understanding of data to inform go-to-market strategy, tailoring the approach to resonate with customer wants and needs at different points in the lifecycle.

Partner with relevant internal stakeholders for key inputs to drive approach, upholding deadlines and schedules. Oversee the tactical execution of plans, ensuring flawless execution.

Coordinate with merchandising, promotions, and go-to-market teams to infuse marketing campaigns with prioritized product categories and offers.

Work closely with brand activation marketing team to support key brand campaigns & seasonal initiatives in owned channels.

Flawlessly coordinate, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives based on business impact, escalating issues that impact timelines, dependencies and/or budget.

Drive development of measurement plans/KPIs in partnership with Manager, Customer Marketing. Drive post-campaign analysis and action plan based on areas of opportunity.

What you bring to the table:

A cross-functional collaborator who can build alignment across internal teams to drive shared goals and strategy. Also has the ability to work well independently.

Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Detail oriented, highly organized individual with proven project management skills.

Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines at one time, pivots quickly to changing priorities and campaign timelines.

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.

Background in customer lifecycle marketing and program execution within a test/learn framework preferred.

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of Marketing experience

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Proven expertise in Go To Market strategies.

Previous experience in an Omni-Channel environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing or Communications
