What you'll do
As the Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Media at Viasat, your main role will involve in owning the Paid Media advertising program for Viasat's B2C and B2B Fixed Broadband services in the United States and offering standard methodologies and assistance to other business units within Commercial Services. In this role, you will be driving planning, implementing, and analyzing performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, video, and emerging digital channels. Your goal will be to drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and optimize return on ad spend through data-driven decision-making.
The day-to-day
This role runs the content, creative, promotions, brand, and reporting for residential and small business internet service customer acquisition through digital paid media channels. You will be accountable for developing, presenting, and the ongoing management/optimization of Paid Search, Display and Paid Social marketing workflows to support the overall digital marketing strategy and drive sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about and have a strong paid media background and have strong experience in digital campaign management. Develop, implement, and handle a full-funnel paid media strategy to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Lead paid search, paid social (LinkedIn, Meta), display, video (YouTube), and programmatic advertising campaigns. Collaborate within the US Fixed Broadband teams to optimally drive all aspects of digital marketing, seeking harmony with ecommerce, owned media, offline channels, brand, and creative teams. Establishing strong communication and partnerships. Engage with team members to ensure critical metrics are communicated, getting results and recommendations for improving incremental performance. Keep up to date with current and accurate information on search engine marketing and social media methodologies and strategies, providing innovative insights within the organization. Assess and recommend revisions to website creative and landing pages, supporting the testing and optimization. Engage with the broader Viasat Commercial Services team to communicate digital marketing strategies.
What you'll need
4+ years digital marketing experience, running Paid Media campaigns with six-figure monthly budgets for a B2C and/or B2B telecom, technology, services, or subscription-based company Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube, and programmatic advertising platforms. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing or related field, MBA a plus Experience with Adobe Advertising Cloud Search (AMO), Adobe Analytics. Proficiency in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and audience targeting strategies. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent organizational project management and communications skills with a strong attention to detail and self-motivated. Ability to establish relationships, work across departments and business units, building consensus and delivering upon stated objectives. Ability of driving follow-through, leading a program from conception through completion, and willing to seek guidance as needed. Ability to write concise and clear summaries based on insights. Strong copywriting and proofreading skills preferred, multi-lingual a plus. Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Salary range
$103,500.00 - $156,000.00 / annually. For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $128,000.00- $173,000.00/ annually

Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional cash or stock incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
