Manager, Content Marketing
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager of Content Marketing to join our team on a freelance basis for a 6-8 month contract starting April 1,2025. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing global marketing campaigns for our high-profile content releases. Your ability to streamline communications, manage timelines, and align stakeholders will be key to driving the success of our marketing efforts.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager of Content Marketing will play a vital role in supporting the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that promote our latest releases. You will ensure that all teams are aligned and informed throughout the campaign process, embodying our People Principles of "Articulate The Possible and Move Fast To Make It Real." Your expertise in content marketing strategy will enable you to effectively manage tactical efforts while keeping campaigns organized and on track.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams, including Creative Services, Social Media, Editorial, PR, CRM, and Operations, to facilitate seamless communication and execution of marketing initiatives. You will contribute to the development of earned, owned, and paid media plans that enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for high-profile global releases.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various functions to implement effective content marketing communications.
• Establish a consistent information-sharing cadence across teams throughout each campaign phase.
• Identify and address potential issues that may hinder campaign execution.
• Track and update deliverables lists for all campaigns while managing quality control for timely execution.
• Organize approval processes and timelines among internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in reporting metrics before, during, and after campaign launches.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in multi-channel consumer marketing.
• Background in marketing entertainment content through various channels including paid media, organic social media, and email marketing.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• A passion for audio entertainment is essential.
• Strategic thinker with tactical execution abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field required.
• 3-5 years of experience in relevant roles with increasing responsibility.
