Job Summary

A premier luxury brand seeks a Senior Director of Creative to lead its creative vision and execution. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep luxury branding, storytelling, and visual identity expertise. The ideal candidate will oversee the internal creative team and external vendors, ensuring brand consistency and elevating the creative direction across all platforms. The Senior Director of Creative will maintain high artistic and strategic excellence, translating the brand's identity into compelling visual and narrative experiences. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Essential Functions

  • Lead the creative team in developing innovative and engaging concepts that align with the brand's voice, storytelling, and luxury positioning.
  • Oversee all creative processes, ensuring design, messaging, and brand expression consistency across digital, print, and experiential channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, digital, and growth teams to deliver creative solutions that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage relationships with external creative agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables that reflect luxury industry standards.
  • Develop and execute cohesive creative strategies that resonate with high-net-worth clientele and maintain brand prestige.
  • Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining elegance, innovation, and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Foster a culture of creative excellence and collaboration within the creative team, encouraging exploration of new ideas and trends.
  • Provide strategic input during campaign planning to ensure alignment between creative execution and marketing goals.
Competencies & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or senior creative leader within luxury, hospitality, or high-end consumer brands.
  • Strong storytelling ability with expertise in developing luxury brand narratives and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary creative teams and external agencies to ensure brand alignment.
  • Deep understanding of luxury aesthetics, design principles, and evolving trends in high-end markets.
  • Ability to manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining creative integrity.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present concepts to executive leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Creative Arts, Design, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.


Work Environment

Hybrid role based in Fort Lauderdale. Domestic and international travel may be required.
