Social Media Content Creator (Plastic Surgery & Skincare)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This role will focus on content creation, social media management, and brand storytelling for both our plastic surgery practice and skincare line, Zen Essentials by Alexes Hazen, MD. The ideal candidate is skilled in video editing, photography, and content strategy and has experience in the beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry.

Schedule

• Flexible part time schedule based on content needs and project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and post engaging photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement, and analytics tracking.
• Film and edit behind-the-scenes content, patient testimonials, and educational videos.
• Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Respond to social media inquiries and engage with the community.
• Monitor trends and recommend new content ideas to enhance brand visibility.
• Maintain brand voice and aesthetic across all digital platforms.
• Assist with event coverage and live social media updates.
• Other administrative and marketing tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of social media/content creation experience, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics field.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), or CapCut for video editing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social trends.
• Excellent photography and video skills, with an eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to write compelling captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and engagement strategies.
