Were seeking a versatile Digital Designer with a strong brand and marketing design foundation to create cohesive, customer-focused experiences across the website, email, social media, and paid assets. As a Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of our Conversion focused CRM and Paid Digital Ad assets, and Retail assets. This role requires a unique blend of creative vision, exceptional Design taste and skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually compelling and highly functional digital and printed design systems that enhance the customer journey and drive business growth. Youll collaborate with the marketing and design teams to drive customer acquisition and engagement while occasionally partnering with the Product Team to extend the brand experience to our site and app. If youre passionate about bringing a brand to life across every digital touchpoint, wed love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Concept, execute, and own the entire creative process across channelsincluding email, social, paid media, and site - from initial strategy and design to final production, ensuring impactful and high-quality results.
  • Lead the design and development of E-commerce and digital assets, ensuring visually compelling and highly functional user experiences that align with our brand identity.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of printed assets for retail, ensuring consistency and excellence in visual communication across all customer touchpoints.
  • Develop and implement design systems that enhance the customer journey, driving engagement and business growth through innovative and user-centric design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, ensuring consistency across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications, as well as printed assets for retail.
  • Independently work on multiple projects at once and able to evaluate the importance of business priorities.
  • Ownership of consistency, and creative quality control over concept work and execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, ensuring design feasibility and optimal implementation.
  • Analyze and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of design solutions and iterate based on insights.
  • Ability to work on a diverse range of projects with little oversight and direction including channel-level toolkits for other design support.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to design engaging in-store experiences that reflect our brand and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Drive the brand's evolution by exploring new ideas, methods, and production techniques.
  • Ensure visual consistency and quality across projects by sharing feedback and working collaboratively.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and cultural moments to inspire creative brand expression.
  • Bring energy, creativity, and humor to the teamwhether its brainstorming big ideas, swapping memes for inspiration, or celebrating wins (big or small).
  • Navigate ambiguity to deliver impactful creative in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience working in-house in a consumer-focused business/product, agency, or studio environment
  • A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual and technical design skills across various digital mediums, including 2D animation expertise.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and other applicable motion software to create scalable motion templates
  • Experienced in creating compelling visuals across various brand touchpoints, including digital experiences, performance marketing channels, social media content, OOH, and more that elevate and evolve brand aesthetics
  • Experienced in core design fundamentals, including typography, composition, color theory, and brand guidelines with great attention to detail and consistency
  • Experienced in providing creative partnerships to illustration and motion graphics production

  • Experience presenting to executives and guiding decisions for new enhancements, features or redesigns
