The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing Department in executing various initiatives across digital, print, and event channels. The Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting in social media management, print material design, event planning, content capturing, and administrative tasks that contribute to the overall success of the marketing strategy. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring effective brand communication, audience engagement, and seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the creation, scheduling, and management of social media content across multiple platforms.
- Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements.
- Plan, lead, and coordinate company events. To include logistics, vendor communication, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
- Assist in writing and editing content for blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and report on key marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and performance tracking.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and organizing files.
- Engage with audiences through social media comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Assist with capturing and editing video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital and traditional marketing.
EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a marketing support role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and basic graphic design tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of event planning and coordination.\
- Familiarity with email marketing software and analytics tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Team player with a proactive and creative mindset.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools is a plus.
- Video editing skills and experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software preferred
Compensation details: 50000-60000 Yearly Salary
