Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals with strong communication and customer service skills to join our team as Financial Services Consultants. This entry-level position has the potential for growth in management and leadership roles. No prior experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training.
Compensation:$75,000 At Plan Commission
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with creative team members on marketing campaign and promotional materials and other company collateral
- Manage data sets required for e-marketing efforts, including tracking marketing campaigns, managing our subscriber lists and other necessary information within CRM systems
- Inform supervisors of timely industry trends in the marketing field for consideration
- Optimize strategy via A/B testing and reporting on content campaigns, digital sponsorships, media buys, speaking engagements, and more to maintain a favorable cost-per-lead ratio while driving MQLs
- Coordinate all marketing strategies and campaigns; interfacing with vendors, insurance agents, marketing team members, and sales
- 1-2 years of experience working as an entry-level marketer, digital marketing specialist, B2B communicator, life insurance specialist, or similar insurance industry role preferred
- Demonstrated success navigating CRM, analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or other related field
- Microsoft Office proficiency in Word and Excel and solid computer skills are required
- Project management, analytics, verbal/written communication skills, and superb organization experience is a must
