POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Specialist, for the HUB Brand plays a pivotal role in executing marketing initiatives and campaigns that strengthen brand equity, increase market penetration, and drive business objectives. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end brand marketing projects, ensuring alignment with HUB’s strategic goals, and providing proactive support to stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate has strong project management expertise, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. They will also be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams while working independently with guidance from senior leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute strategic brand marketing initiatives that align with HUB’s business goals and enhance brand perception.
  • Manage end-to-end project execution of brand campaigns, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration, working with internal teams (digital, content, design, communications) to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Provide proactive support to stakeholders within and outside the marketing organization, ensuring alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Project-manage development and implementation of brand campaigns and strategies.
  • Support communication efforts related to HUB’s crisis resource center and the ongoing development of our crisis response support.
  • Understand market trends, competitive landscape and buyer journeys to contribute to the development of go-to-market approaches for the HUB brand.
  • Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and Director, Brand & Portfolio Marketing, to measure the success of campaigns, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools to track and report on results.

QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED AND PREFERRED)

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a corporate or agency marketing environment, preferably in brand marketing, communications or digital marketing.
  • Proven project management expertise, with the ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, with a strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies, including digital, email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to drive marketing initiatives forward.
  • Self-motivated “go-getter”, who is results-driven, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can react to changing priorities

Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 (plus bonus) and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
