Job Summary:


Pinnacle Construction Partners is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help drive brand awareness, support business growth, and execute marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for a creative, detail-oriented professional who enjoys content creation, project coordination, and strategic marketing execution in the construction and real estate development industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
  • Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and business growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement innovative marketing campaigns that align with company goals.
  • Help manage marketing budgets, performance reporting, and analytics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, proposals, and digital platforms.
Account & Project Management
  • Act as the primary marketing point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Coordinate and manage RFQs and RFPs, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and timely submissions.
  • Oversee marketing-related subcontractor relationships to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Support project closeout marketing efforts, including final reporting, documentation, and promotional opportunities.
Branding, Content & Digital Presence
  • Manage and update the company website to reflect business goals, new projects, and thought leadership.
  • Oversee and execute social media strategy, content creation, and audience engagement.
  • Develop marketing collateral, presentations, and proposal materials to support business development initiatives.
  • Utilize data and customer insights to refine messaging and improve marketing performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in construction, real estate, or professional services marketing is a plus.
  • Strong skills in content creation, brand management, and social media strategy.
  • Experience managing RFQs, RFPs, and proposal submissions is a plus.
  • Proficiency in marketing software, website management (WordPress, Wix, etc.), and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
