Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth for our family of businesses. This role requires someone very organized, comfortable with the technical side of marketing and also with strong design skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print, etc.)
  • SEO Performance: Drive SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, long-tail SEO campaigns, and link-building strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • SEM (Pay-Per-Click) Campaigns: Optimize ad spend, click-through rates, cost of acquisition (COA), and targeting strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Website Maintenance: Update and maintain Wordpress driven websites.
  • Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor and measure success of campaigns and promotions through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Email Campaigns: Execute email marketing campaigns using one-time emails and ongoing customer journeys to engage and retain customers and nurture leads.
  • Content Creation: Write social media posts, website content, and email marketing materials.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social accounts, schedule posts, engage with audiences, and analyze performance metrics. Collaborate with others on the team to gather relevant content, photographs, and/or videos. Experience with Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram is preferred.
  • Graphics Design: Design and order online as well as Print Collateral, Signage, and Event Materials, as needed, ensuring timely production and conformity with brand standards.
  • Collaboration: Work with the CEO and other managers to understand needs and execute marketing projects. Keep the rest of the team informed about upcoming promotions.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a generalist capacity.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Fluency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Solid writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
