Marketing Coordinator Job at WJArchitects, Inc. in St. Petersburg

WJArchitects is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will collaborate on statewide marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on coordinating, developing, and producing persuasive proposals and presentations. As the driving force behind the pursuit process, you will oversee proposals from kickoff to completion, ensuring content is strategic, compelling, and well-organized. Responsibilities will include managing the content library, maintaining internal marketing assets, gathering data, and preparing reports to support business development efforts.You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the creation and upkeep of firm-wide marketing collateral, enhancing overall efficiency and brand consistency. This may include producing high-quality brochures, case studies, and public relations materials to showcase WJArchitects’ expertise and impact.

The Marketing Coordinator is expected to be well rounded and will work closely with Marketing Director, other Marketing Team Members, Senior Technical Staff, and Project Managers. We invest in our people and their professional development. Considered applicants must have:

• 1-3+ years of professional work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism). Experience in the AEC industry is a plus.
• Adobe Creative Cloud experience (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Compelling and creative writing skills
• Graphic Design abilities is a plus
• Must be self-driven, have careful attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently as well as in a team environment, often under strict deadline requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be able to provide examples of persuasive content and standout deliverables
